When booking through this website, you are booking on a course with Sydney Safety Training located at Guildford NSW.

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars, and all card transactions will be in Australian Dollars



Delivery of the programme you booked on will occur at the time and date stated, unless you are otherwise notified by us of any unforeseen changes.

We have a policy of delivering all training regardless of the number of people booked on the programme.  If there is only one person, (except Asbestos Training) the training will go ahead. 


Promotions and Competitions

Course promotions may occur at time to time, and will be clearly stated on the website and in the booking process.

We do not conduct competitions.

Privacy Policy

We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable you to be booked into our ASQA compliant “Student Management System” .

Sydney Safety Training will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!

We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.

When does Sydney Safety Training disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Sydney Safety Training does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Sydney Safety Training may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Sydney Safety Training, our users, or others.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

When you book through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your booking successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.  For training bookings and payment more personal information is required to meet national accreditation compliance.

How does Sydney Safety Training protect customer information?

When you book, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

Credit Card Details

All credit card payments are processed securely through Eway.  Sydney Safety Training does not store any credit card information on our servers.


“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. You will need cookies enabled to use the Sydney Safety Training website.

Payment Gateway Info

Our payment options available are endless, but most of importantly safe and secure. We offer Credit Card processing, Direct Deposit, Cheque and Money Orders. Credit Card payments are made directly through Eway's 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction.


Refund Policy

If you book on a course and need to change the date, we can do this without any charge to yourself.  If you book on a course, and cannot attend, please advise us by calling 02 9892 3370 during business hours and we will arrange either to transfer the date, or we will refund your funds to your credit card.  If you fail to advise us that you will not be attending a course, we reserve the right not to refund your fees.   Please refer to our Student Handbook on the home page for more details.
